The busy summer of running has continued for our members.

A sunny Wednesday evening saw the yellow shirts at the Staffs Knot Five mile race on Cannock Chase. It was another warm evening with some great performances.

First home was Andy Evans (28:39), closely followed by Richard Bravington (28:49). First woman home for LRC was Gail Fortes Mayer (41:07). Also completing the race were Wayne Asprey, Owen Davies, Joy Atkin, Paul Fowler, Carina Allan, Daniella Gonzales and Charlotte Wesley.
