Wednesday 20th July saw the latest 5 mile summer time trial – and summer it was indeed. With temperatures around 27 degrees, this was one of the hottest time trials in a very long time.  A big well done to everyone who took part.

Congratulations also go to our Improvers, who ran a full 10K distance over and above this route.  A fantastic achievement and testament to the hard work that has been put in over the last 9 weeks.

As a result of all this activity we needed a lot of helpers and marshalls.  Many of our members, (and their partners and children!) turned up to provide support for the runners.  Thank you very much to all the volunteers.  Another successful grand prix event!
